The challenge will help you with developing a daily routine, help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs with affirmations, then help you create empowering questions with afformations (by Noah St. John) that will lead to those actions you courageously take to create the goals and lifestyle you want.
The challenge starts off by helping you develop daily routines or habits that will help set you up for success. For this part of the challenge we will use Hal Elrod’s book, Miracle Morning. The morning routine you set makes a huge difference in your success and the rate at which you realize your success. Once you start implementing the Miracle Morning you will see how simple the steps, how effortless they are to apply and you will actually find mornings quite enjoyable.

The challenge will begin with a daily affirmation for each day. This affirmation is based on the topic for the day. Then you will go through an exercise intended to help you identify areas of belief that are holding you back from the level of success you want and deserve. You will then create a different belief that will replace your old limiting belief. Examples of affirmations would be I am enjoying my success and abundance from being a top earner of my company, or I am enjoying how easily I keep my ideal weight.
Then you will begin the next phase of the challenge which is to create afformations. Afformations were introduced by Noah St. John and are based on the Law of Sowing and Reaping. In other words, you reap what you sow. If you are always sowing negative thoughts and words then what you will reap is negativity into your life. Afformations are also based on the idea that your brain is always searching for answers when given a question.
To create the afformation you simply rephrase the affirmation with a “Why am I” at the beginning of the statement. Using the affirmation examples above, the afformations would be stated as Why am I enjoying my success and abundance from being a top earner of my company, and Why am I enjoying how easily I keep my ideal weight.
Then you would list the reasons why:
I am enjoying my success and abundance from being a top earner…because:
- I am a great leader.
- I help others get the success in their business that they desire.
- I provide consistent value solving the problems of my market each day.
I am enjoying how easily I keep my ideal weight because:
- I exercise each day for at least 30 minutes.
- I eat healthy balanced meals each day.
- I have cut all refined sugars out of my diet.
