This is Day 23 of the 30 Day Affirmation Challenge, where you learn some Tweaks to Breakthrough Poverty Mindset.
The Invisible Villain
You have an invisible villain in your head that stands behind your money problems and it’s secretly keeping you in bondage; keeping you from achieving the success and the lifestyle you desire.
You may have been told and believed the lie that the Universe is a “Cosmic Vending Machine”; the belief that you can just watch movies and look at pictures of the life you desire and it will somehow come true without your having to do anything to bring your wealth and success to fruition.
Or you may be beating yourself up because you’re doing everything right just as you’ve been taught, putting in all the hard work to build your business, but not getting your desired results. No matter how strong you are, you may be thinking of giving up on living the lifestyle of your dreams and having the things you desired.
However, after you learn the truth and the secret for how to break free from this villain you will know it’s your responsibility to TAKE ACTION!
Poverty Mindset
This villain is called a poverty mindset and if you don’t do anything about it you will end up broke, frustrated, unhappy, and you will end up not getting the things you want in life.
The poverty mindset is why the poor stay poor. This mindset trait may be the very thing holding you back from success.
What Is A Poverty Mindset?
Those having a poverty mindset will always live a life struggle, living from a perspective of lack, and living a life far below their potential.
Having a poverty mindset can be manifested in three ways:
1. Negativity Toward Making Money:
Those with a poverty mindset have negativity around making money, those who have money and those things of indicative of money and wealth. So long as you have any negative feelings or a negative energy around making money you will sabotage your efforts to make money.
To change your energy around making money to the positive, you can:
- Think thoughts of celebration when you see people with money.
- Ask those who have been successful for their success story.
- Ask them to be your mentor.
2. Disrespecting The Energy Vibration Of Money
Those who have a poverty mindset do not respect the energy of money, also known as the law of vibration for money.
The law of vibration for money is a form of the law of attraction, based on the concept that “likes attract likes” and thoughts become things. In other words, you are more than just a physical body. You are a being of energy, vibrating in a universe of vibrating energy. Energy has a vibration frequency just like when you throw a rock in a pond of water and you see ripples flowing away from the rock. Positive energy has a high vibrational frequency and negative energy has a low vibrational frequency.
Your thoughts and actions create a certain frequency emitting them out into the universe and depending on whether they are positive or negative, you will attract that same energy, or you will cause a reaction of the same energy, into your life. Below are some examples:
Money Vibration Actions
The following examples are based on how you see yourself, the thoughts you think, the intentions you set, and the respective actions you take. Your positivity will return positivity and negativity will return negativity. The following provides a good example of a poverty mindset vs wealthy mindset.
a. Negative vibration of debt and lack: If you see yourself as someone who never has enough, struggling to live paycheck to paycheck and constantly focusing on your debt and lack of money, then this is the essence of who you are and your vibrations will attract to you more and more debt.
b. Positive vibration of wealth and abundance: If you see yourself as a wealthy person with the ability to create the life of your dreams, giving freely to your church and favorite charities, positively impacting the lives of others and your focus is on the abundance of money and the means to bless the lives of others, then you will attract to yourself money and riches, effortlessly.
Money Vibration Fluidity And Reciprocator
Fluidity and reciprocator vibration of money: Money is merely a vehicle that manifests your intentions and desires. What you put out into the world will return to you. The following two examples demonstrate the consequences of disrespecting and then honoring the vibration of money.
a. Disrespecting the energy of money: If your intention is to get gain, dishonestly, this same energy will return to you and you will struggle in the area of money and success. For example, if you purchase something, like a product or a training course, with the intention to receive the benefits from the purchase, after which, you return the product or training for a refund, thereby abusing the return policy, you will attract the same “lack of” energy into your life. This negative energy will illuminate into your life where you will struggle to get people to purchase from you, your products, or join your business opportunity.
b. Honoring and leveraging the energy of money: If your thoughts, actions and intentions provide a positive impact in the marketplace by leading with value, helping others become successful, you will be rewarded with faithful followers who know, love and trust you, becoming your loyal customers and business partners, referring their friends and family to you.
3. Stuck States Of Hardship & Breakthrough
Life happens to all of us at some point in our life. Sometimes more than once. Unexpected life events like layoffs, unemployment, divorce, illness, family death, economic down-turn, or a failed business can leave you in a stuck state of hardship and despair with no hope for financial recovery. But remember, whatever you think about you bring about.
You have a responsibility to be successful! There is no justification for anyone to stay broke. Your poverty doesn’t serve anyone. Not your kids, your church, your community and definitely not yourself. In fact, if you have had success in the past and you have lost an income, you have an even greater responsibility to become successful. There’s people out there you are meant to inspire and show the way out through your actions.
Poverty Mindset Beliefs To Avoid At All Costs
There are five beliefs about money that you must avoid if you want to achieve true financial freedom.
- I’ll never be financial free.
- I’m broke.
- I can’t afford it.
- Its too late for me.
- Rich people are bad.
If you don’t avoid these beliefs you will never reach your goals of true wealth and prosperity and you will be stuck trading your time for money, doing things you hate and living a life of struggle.
The Secret To Success
The difference between someone who creates success and one who continues to struggle is what their thoughts and actions are focused on. The person who creates success still has the same limiting circumstances, but they choose to focus on the great opportunity that’s been handed them and where they are going. They use opposition to create a better self and a better future!
Your current circumstances and your past has no bearing on your future success. No matter where you currently are, so long as you stop focusing on where you are now and instead stay focused on who you want to become in order to attract and create something better, you can become and achieve anything you desire.
To create success and ways to overcome poverty you must focus on:
- Where you are going.
- The skills you need in order to get you to where you envision.
- Those people of success that you need to surround yourself with.
- Replace old limiting belief habits with NEW success empowering habits.
- Positive money mindset
