Today I’m going to talk about applying The Law of Attraction in your life and how to use it.
First, clear your mind and be open to what I share here and be honest with yourself about where you are today and where you want to be. Your results will tell you where your mind truly is today. If you’re not getting the results you want then you need to reset your intention. You do this by being open to a better way of thinking that will better serve you. Let me explain….
The Law of Attraction is a universal law that says that you are what you think about…you actually attract the people, situations, jobs and opportunities in life. So, basically the life and people you have in your life right now are those you have attracted into your life and chosen for yourself. BUT, this also means you have the power within you to change your current situation to one that is better! It’s up to you!
How To Apply The Law Of Attraction
Let’s talk about how to drill into what you really want. First off, don’t focus on what you don’t want! Attention goes where energy flows. You see, the Law of Attraction goes both ways. By focusing on what you don’t want or what you lack or what others have, these thoughts will not serve you.
Always focus your mind on what you want. Fill your glass up with love and gratitude, not the negative, lacking part.
The thoughts you’re carrying will greatly influence your results. To change your results you need to purposefully do those actions that push you forward, toward your goals while constantly focusing your mind on what you want.
What holds up change for people? It’s the ego, the mini-you, the evil angel, the chatter-box. This is your enemy that keeps you from change. It’s not your boss, your spouse, your upbringing…it’s YOU and that self-sabotaging voice inside your head. Self sabotage will likely creep up just before your breakthrough. So keep the faith. Don’t doubt yourself. The universe is working FOR you, not against you.
Remember, actions support thoughts. Your thoughts, while taking actions, will greatly magnify the results of your actions.
For example, visualize yourself in that new car, with those quality friends, in that new house, having time to spend with your family, I have a great impact on others for good…repeat to yourself I love helping people, I can afford that, I love money. While visualizing and saying these things to yourself take the actions that support this life. Reach out to people to tell them how grateful your are for them. Write posts or blogs that will bring value to others. Give to charity. Share a way with those you care for them to make money so that they can fulfill their own dreams. These actions put your mindset into a place of abundance which is where you want to be when you’re living the Law of Attraction.
These exercises are to help overcome the subconscious mind. This is the emotional, reactive part of the mind and reflects our programming. It’s the reason most people struggle to get what they truly want. We just have to reprogram it to better serve our goals.
Action Steps: The Law Of Attraction Exercises
To help reprogram your mind do the following for 30 days:
- Visualize yourself in your ideal success setting. Remember to incorporate all your senses.
- Write affirmations like “I am worthy”, “I am smart”, “I am successful”, etc. Read them each night before and in the morning when you awaken.
- Say incantations like “I love helping people”, “I can afford that”, etc.
